Mian was arrested on a Felony Charge of Theft out of Harris County, TX, but failed to appear in court.
Mian was last seen in the Atlanta, GA metroplex.
Warrant issued in Harris County, TX on July 14, 2009, # 122412.

Chad Earl Schaffner is wanted by the FBI in a series of armed bank robberies in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Indiana where with his most recent robbery occurred.
Schaffner is considered to be armed and dangerous.
James “Whitney” Joseph Bulger is wanted for racketeering and extortion in Boston, MA. The FBI websites states that Bluger may be in the Boston area or may have left the country for Ireland.
